Return and exchange policy

- Provide the original invoice or your order number upon purchase.

The purchase period should not exceed 7 days.

- The return policy applies to all new products only, provided that the product is in its original packaging, new (with its packaging) when purchased and has not been used or benefited from or has not been used at all.

- The customer bears all the costs of return to the store’s headquarters located in Riyadh.

- The value of shipping the product to the customer’s site and the amount (according to the registered shipping company price) (the value that our store bears with free shipping to the customer in case the product is received or not received) is deducted from the customer’s account in the event of return, and the remaining amount will be recovered within a period of 3 working days After the store receives the product and makes sure that it is in its original condition with the same method of payment made by the customer.

- In the event that the customer receives a product that does not meet the specifications or colors mentioned in our store, the store will bear all the costs of returning the product and refunding the customer’s full amount in case he does not want the replacement.

- Any products that were ordered with special specifications for the customer (such as root, jailbreak, or any requests related to programming the device) are not returned and the warranty is voided.

  • One year warranty for all new devices sold with packaging on manufacturing defects only on this site.
  • When requesting maintenance of the device under warranty, the examination costs 200 riyals, including delivery and receipt of the item from the customer.
  • Warranty does not cover abuse or bruising. In the device, as some sensitive internal parts of the device are affected by the fall, such as the camera sensor, some capacitors, and the AC.
  • The used devices have a warranty of 48 hours and do not include the battery (as batteries are among the consumable parts in all devices)
  • When ordering the device with root, the device will be unwrapped to see it (therefore, when the customer wants to cancel the purchase, 20% of the value of the product will be deducted because the packaging has been opened and the device will be sold as used)
  • When the deposit is paid and the order is canceled before the expiry of the time required to provide the commodity, the customer is not entitled to claim the deposit (the time required is 6-14 working days) except for the weekend days.
  • The warranty is one year for all devices sold and 48 hours for the used one and does not include the battery in the used one only because it is a consumable material
  • If the root is requested through the website or through WhatsApp ... and the request is canceled, then an amount of 20% of the value of the device is deducted, the value of unpacking the device and selling it as a used or open carton.
  • The smart watches that support the electronic chip support the Kingdom’s frequencies, and the customer is not entitled to retrieve the used watch in the event that the service is disrupted by the telecom companies, or it has been suspended or banned.
  • We do not have any relationship with international customs duties between countries and we cannot afford them..
