- Provide the original invoice or your order number upon purchase.
- The purchase period should not exceed 3 days.
The return policy applies to all new products only, provided that the product is in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was purchased, new (with its packaging) and has not been used, benefited from, or used at all.
The customer bears all costs of returning the product to the store’s headquarters in Riyadh if there is no problem with the product.
- The cost of shipping the product to the customer’s location, which is (according to the registered shipping company’s price) (the cost that our store bears for free shipping to the customer in the event that the product is received or not received), will be deducted from the customer’s account in the event that the customer does not want the product, and the remaining amount will be refunded within a period of 3 working days after the store receives the product and ensures that it is in its original condition using the same payment method that was made by the customer.
- If the customer receives a product that does not meet the specifications or colors mentioned in our store, the store will bear all costs of returning the product and will refund the customer the full amount if he does not wish to exchange it.
- Any products ordered with special customer specifications (such as rooting, jailbreaking, or any requests related to device programming or special modifications) will not be returned and will void the warranty.
- Warranty is subject to the user's choice upon purchase (2 years, without warranty). Upon purchase, the customer chooses the appropriate warranty for him. It does not include the battery in the used device only, as it is a consumable item. It also does not include the OLED or Super AMOLED screen printing, as they are considered consumables and their lifespan depends on the operating time. The warranty is voided in the event of any damage to the device on the sides, back, or front. The customer will be given a special discount depending on the type of warranty used.
- The warranty for replaced devices is only one month, while the warranty for new devices is one year.
- If the device is requested for maintenance and is not received within 3 months, the customer is not entitled to inquire about the device.
- The warranty is voided if the device is serviced outside our store.
- When ordering a rooted device, the device will be unpacked for irrigating it (therefore, if the customer wishes to cancel the purchase, 30% of the product value will be deducted because the packaging was opened, and the device will be sold as used).
- When the deposit is paid and the order is cancelled before the time required to provide the item has expired, the customer is not entitled to claim the deposit back (the time required is 6-14 working days), except for weekends.

- Smart watches that support electronic chips support the Kingdom's frequencies. The customer is not entitled to retrieve the used watch if the service is disrupted, suspended, or blocked by the telecom companies.
- We have no relation to international customs duties between countries and we cannot bear them.
- When a customer purchases a pre-ordered product and cancels the order before the end of the order delivery period, the customer is entitled to a refund of only 70% of the order value.
- The warranty does not cover the following: (misuse, frame drops (in a specific game only, and another game in which there is no frame drop), heat due to using the device in games for a period exceeding fair use, using the device in an area with high humidity (especially with devices that contain a cooling fan))
- Warranty includes (battery (in fair use), camera problems, screen problems, charger problems, connection problems, heat problems (in fair use))
- Gallery Market Warranty: Two years (replacement or maintenance) (replacement is allowed only once if the device cannot be maintained)
- When maintenance is performed on our products outside our store, our store warranty is voided.
- There is no return for devices that are sold defective and the customer was notified before purchasing them that they are defective.
- Screen warranty is 24 hours when installed outside the store. The warranty only includes non-installation (screen testing before installation).
- Screens are guaranteed for one month when installed in the store.
- Since Visa, Mada and Tamara do not refund their percentage in the event of the customer’s order cancellation, we cannot refund the percentage of Tamara, Visa and Mada to the customer.
- If the order is cancelled by the customer, the refund takes 7-24 working days.
